I really don't think he will change, because he shows no inclination to do so. He also hoards stuff evidently and that doesn't go away without some counseling. As Oprah Winfrey says "when they show you who they are believe them." Unless you like doing all the work with no help, I would leave and not invest anymore in this relationship.
