I have to agree with Gayle....and I commend you for trying to 'fix' the situation, but unless being an unpaid servant and cook (without the convenience of a stove) is your idea of a committed, loving relationship, than I'm afraid you need to make the decision to leave.

It's sad, but truly, it's better to find out now, than to completely clean the place (which may take years, by the sound of his disorder--hoarding is a serious issue, and as said above, takes in depth counseling to get well) only to find out your relationship has become a 'job'...without pay, and without recognition, and without love.
