My teaching is a bit nebulous, I guess :-) I don't teach any regular credit-giving courses or at any particular programme. (I used to teach at the English department, but due to labour regulations they couldn't employ me any longer without giving me a permanent job, which would have been against the labour regulations... the catch-22 of academia.) I give lectures on oral presentations and on academic writing (teachers within different fields contact us and ask us to come and give these lectures to their students), and sometimes I also lecture to teachers about how to teach academic writing and give good feedback. But what I mostly do is meet with students, individually, and discuss their writing assignments. Oh, and I also give a short oral proficiency course for international students - again, no academic credits.

Have you met with your new therapist? I'm sorry, I must have missed that! Does she seem ok?

(btw, on Wednesday we have a kind of open-house thing for students who are working on written assignments, and there will be some workshops or talks on de-stressing and how to deal with anxiety. Not sure if that's interesting, but just so you know.)
