Seamster, I agree with you. When it comes to trans/non binary we are back in the same place gays/lesbians were 25 years ago or so. Things DO need to change. People CAN be ignorant and entitled. And it's just bad and wrong. Trans awareness is starting to get some attention, and along with us there's some awareness for non binaries too. There needs to be more. I don't understand why people can't seem to wrap their minds around these concepts. Luckily, there are people like JosietheGirl around and there needs to be more, really. Slowly, but surely. I think where you live can make a big difference as well.
