Getting it out here on PC is a great start, Espresso!

But starving yourself is not the next step.

If you can't bring this up in therapy, could you write your T a letter, an e-mail or a text ahead of your next appointment? It's important that you talk about this. And isn't that what therapy is for?
You may also want to consider the possibility of getting involved with an eating disorders program. Here in the Twin Cities we have: The Emily Program. There's probably something similar where you are.

Eating disorders are serious business. Please don't let this develop into that.
