From my experience you should give up sugar and eat more proteine (low fat one), and workout at least 3 times per week, walk as much as you can. Also you can try some homemade remedies for fat burning: Green tea with ginger powder and lemon, grapefruit, pineapple... Hope you will reach your goal soon
