Hey Fuzzy! The mental health care I receive in my area is awful. My cpn signed me off as she put me forward for CBT and said I can't have a cpn and cbt at the same time. 1 year later I am still waiting for my cbt and have had no support since except from when I see my pdoc every 3 months. Luckily for me, I have been very well recently and haven't needed them but that's not the point, they don't know that and left me stranded.
