Oddly enough my GP raised a concern but the other way round: do you think the t sessions are heightening your anxiety?
Very possible... Meds (anxiety) dampen the horridness where as therapy is almost like smacking you around the face with the issues that have contributed to the mess we're in... To confront and 'deal' with them.
It is the T's job to ease you in gently with this and help you mentally prepare to cope with the rawness of it. So if your T washed their hands... Then they were ill equipped to do their job.
Don't give up Fuzzy, it can be a soul destroying case of trial and error but we all hope to get over the crest of that hill at some point.
