I got this funny image of you doing all the things people do to get ticks to back out, only doing it to your friend. Put some nail polish on him; light a match, blow it out, then put the hot end on his backside; put some rubbing alcohol on him; slowly pull him out with a pair of tweezers; etc. But the best part is, once he's removed, flush him!
