The main physical symptom I have had with his depression is the quality of my sleep isn't the best. I wake up throughout the night occasionally, which is not normal for me, and I also wake up really in the morning. Before I became depressed, I was sleeping a solid 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Now, I get anywhere from 6.5 - 7 and wake up during the night.
Plus, I used to be able to nap during the day, and now I cannot.
