I'm so sorry for your pain and feeling trapped. Do little things like hot baths with some favourite songs, play the radio, journal to get out some of your feelings...and try to get back to doc or pdoc that can improve your meds to help reduce the depression. Remember they do take time to build up in your system to work properly. Be nice to yourself and if your husband or friends are good listeners and safe, rely on them for support they are able to give....maybe start looking for a position that will make you feel better while you hold on to the one you have...
