Hi. I have been on Haldol, only it was for my mania part of bi polar. I have never taken Haldol as a PRN, though did live with a young woman who was pregnant and took Haldol. It did not harm her unborn child and she has a healthy baby..

Haldol is in a different drug class than Klonopin. For me having been on both Klonopin and Haldol, I experienced Haldol to be extremely sedating compared to that of medications such as Klonopin.

You may be able to find more info under the drug class of: psychotropic drugs or antipsychotic drugs.

I would really consider discussing this further with your new Pdoc, as this is a potent drug and have never known anyone taking it for panic attacks.
