I told my boss after a time, out of necessity. But as far as my co-workers, I haven't. They think I am eccentric, forgetful, etc. My boss knowing was scary enough, even though he's proven to be a safe person who has my back. I'm not very trusting... and would rather no one in the world know. My close friends know simply because it's pretty obvious something is going on with me if you're around me enough and are paying attention. Thankfully my coworkers are either naive or accepting and don't pry.

I think you have to weigh it out to see which is best for you and your situation. Good luck to you.
