Yeah -- unless it's a migraine it is directly related to my posture and back pain. All of the muscles in your upper thoracic spine, cervical spine, and head sort of interlace. If even one of these muscles is out of whack it can cause all sorts of pain, including headaches as the muscles pull from your cranium to your neck. Also, the if you are stressed you might carry it in these areas and have very tensed up muscles. I hope you feel better.
