How long have you been in therapy for? It can take a while to learn to trust the therapist depending on your issues. Have you told your T that you find it difficult to tell her how you feel? If you tell her how hard you find it to talk to T, then that will help them to find a way forward. It certainly is not unusual to feel like that.
You could write down some points on a piece of paper and take that with you. Or you could put your feelings down in a journal and share that with her. Sometimes it's easier to write it down and share. Do you think this might work for you?
