It sounds like you're pretty deep into a manic episode. My last manic episode was about a year ago and I said the exact same things to my loved ones. Luckily, my parents are extremely educated on bipolar mania symptoms and got me back on my meds without a stay in the hospital. Unless you're a danger to yourself or others or deemed incapable of making your own decisions I don't think they can keep you. But if you're truly that worried I would check the laws for your state on involuntary committal and then make your decision. I know what it's like to be in your position and I think reaching out for help is in your best interest at this point no matter how scary it may seem.
