I was wondering is there any free online support or by phone where I can get help when I may need some?

Hi John,
Welcome..
You might try bpdresources.net, bpdresourcecenter.org., the site that aj mahari runs in Canada, anything on DBT therapy, etc.
I likrd the book 'Buddha and the Borderline', ,'the Face in the Mirror', and the nee novel by Katherine Gonzalez, called 'Therapy:a Novel'.
There are some pretty good online therapy sites, but sometimes can get a little expensive. Just make sure to choose a t thay lists bpd as a specialty. Some therapists don't always trest patients with bpd...
Hope these are some good jumping off points...mostly remember that a diagnosis can inclufe behaviours, tendecies, or spectrums of severity that differ greatly one to another.
Best wishes,
WB
