I recently consulted a psychiatrist. First I was quite nervous as it was my first ever visit. But doctor made me comfortable and asked about myself. So I told him that I am experiencing memory loss especially short term and even my long term memory is fading and also I cant sleep I huv unknown fear. I am isolated socially. also told him about my parents dnt pay attention to myself and it hurts me a lot.
He said first we huv to build up trust and he will not scratch my past in first session . Hr will ask abt my past after I start trusting him. After long conversation he prescribed me medication fluoxetine and olanzapine. He said I am dealing with depression and persinality issues... he assured me we will fight along. I also told him when I get stressed I assume my own world where there are character of my interest and situation of my interest n dream my ideal.
Later I see my prescription looked at findings there were 1-forgetfulness 2-disturbed sleep 3 - supernatural phenomenon and I cant read 4th one coz of handwriting.
