today i think it finally registered how bad my si has become , i tried so hard not to and when i relented i was appalled to see that i had literally nowhere left to on my chosen limb this has never happened before. nobody has really done anything to try and help . infact the doctor at cmht said he ok with it was shocked into silence. it has taken over twenty years for me to speak about this to health professionals and i am amazed by the complete lack of concern or help.
