Pegasus is always so sensitive and wise...she will give you great advice...
It took me a long time to be more verbal and trusting...some things that helped me were emailing journals, articles that resonated, drawing/sketches of my feelings, using a long list of emotion words, pictures, etc. Usually it would clue in my therapist to what's going on and he would ask the right questions...taking notes or questions for your T also helps when I get too anxious about talking...
Just be as honest and forthright as possible...they cannot help you fully otherwise. Those are just some ideas and thoughts that came to me reading your post.
