I was going along having a good day, when I received a perfectly innocuous email from a close friend.

All she said is that she saw this movie.

I just realized my mood has been going downhill since then, and stepped back to figure out what happened.

Well this was the movie I took my adopted daughter, one of the last times I saw her.

The song, "Always something there to remind me." comes to mind.

I'm going off to cry now.
