Its really hard to tell---if something weird happened I always assumed I was in the spirit world or the dream world and at some point the temperature started changing and it was supposed to be an indicator but it got too confusing...

Just wondering though have you had a full medical workup outside of a pdoc---my doc thought I might have temporal lobe epilepsy due to the smell hallucinations which are less common. Albeit he said it was in addition to and not instead of my psych diagnosis...
