Well I found an app in the App Store for my iPhone called "Before I Eat". You can set your own eating goals and use the app for urges to eat. He does mini-sessions on various topics like riding out an urge, for figuring out if you are really hungry or some other feeling, motivation to stick with your goals, etcetera. Some of the sessions are kinda cheesy but most I think are pretty useful at the very least I take pause before eating...instead of just mindlessly grazing/binging all day.
I just got it but wanted to mention it to those who might be interested. I'll post more in a couple days when I have used it more.
