How does your session end? And what do you do after you leave T's office?

T usually tells me when we have a couple minutes left, we finish what we were discussing, confirm the schedule for the next appointment and then she walks me to the door. I drive away and when I'm away from the office, I turn music up really loudly to drown out all the intense feelings from the session.
