She used to say something like "So we've got about 5 minutes left...." and then we'd wind up whatever we were talking about and move to scheduling. Here lately I've just been getting a feeling that time is up and say so, and she'll agree and I let her talk me into another appointment. Ha! (No seriously, I'm trying to quit, but..... well you see how good I am at it.)
