I was discussing some new antipsychotic medications back a decade ago as I was on Depakote and was sick of being a 265lb pig and Abilify and Zyprexa were brought up but after talking to my p-doc he said the Zyprexa works best if taken at night and can help with sleep while the Abilify works best taken in the morning as it gives you some energy so I went with the Zyprexa and have been on it mostly symptom free at the 20mg dose every night.

DX: schizoaffective bipolar type, panic disorder, depression, ocd, nightmares and sleep problems
RX: Neurontin, Xanax, lisinopril, metroprolol er, sinequan, zyprexa, Seroquel
