Septie, I lean towards the belief that as babies and young children, we are covered by the Christianity of our parents... if that be applicable. That you were baptised as a baby means someone was responsible for you who believed, and thus you were also "covered" for the time being. I cristened both my sons in the Presbyterian church, but it wasn't for anything they had done It was acknowledging them and dedicating them before and to God. I would still go by when you knowingly turned to God for your salvation.
