hello. i know a few of my friends kids are on concerta and its supposed to be very helpful with ADHD not sure about Aspergers or ASD. all the kids i know it works really well with them the only main problem they have is the fact that with the concerta being slow release and lasts 12hrs is that they have a really supressed appetite but other than that its a good medication. my friends son was on it and he hardly ate so he lost a bit weight but he is doing ok now. good luck
