Hi
I am currently seeing a therapist via my college and get 12 sessions. We are 8 sessions in and only just starting to deal with deep issues. I'm getting anxious because she keeps saying things like if I need more counselling she can refer me on etc. It's taken me ages to open up to her and discuss deeply personal stuff and I know I need more sessions. I will ask her if I can continue with her but I don't think it's going to be possible.
Has anyone got any tips for moving therapists when in the midst of therapy? I don't deal with change well at the best of time
