I take Abilify in the morning because it has a sort of stimulating effect unlike risperidone or seroquel at low dose. This should probably go away during the first 4 or what ever weeks.

You might also be getting Akathisia, "A syndrome characterized by unpleasant sensations of inner restlessness that manifests itself with an inability to sit still or remain motionless". "Antipsychotics (also known as neuroleptics) may cause akathisia". I doubt that it is akatheisia because you are on a low dose compared to the highest possible dosage but It could be.
