I'm on abilify too and at first it made me really restless but as time went on I've calmed down a bit. Actually makes me a bit tired now but at the start it gave me loads of energy and I always wanted to be doing something. I am on 20mg and i want it decreased but i doubt I'll be allowed to decrease yet. I hope the feeling that something bad will happen will go away and i'm sure it will once your body gets used to it.
