Been thinking about you lately...
You know my T, who is also a soecial friend reminds me that all 'friends' are not equal. I can share more of myseld, my attentiin, my time and my affections with some more thsn others. Which ones are trustworthy, keep confidences, are there when I need them, and want me to be the best that I can be...those are the ones I want to be with the most. Others are more acquaintances, or even maybe those I cannot trust and with whom I shouldn't share much with or spend much time with.
Maybe you could think about those in your life that you really want to spend your time and energy and trust with...
Just a thought. Those that have big hearts and are more sensitive to emotions find this to be a harder distinction to make. And you have a VERY big heart and never want to hurt others. But you also sometimes have to work a little harder at protecting your gifts.
