Do you mean the mental sensation that something is going to happen, or the physical sensation that you are about to sneeze??? I've had the former, though never considered it a medication effect, but not the latter (except for actual sneezes).

I took aripirazole/Abilify from 2-20mg. At low doses I found it activating and took it in the morning. Between 6-8mg I got akathisia and felt AWFUL But at 10mg it went away and the med became sedating for me and I switched it to night time. In the UK 30mg is the highest you can go on-label (i.e. following prescribing guidelines) though idk about the US or Canada.
