That's a brilliant idea. One way to relax yourself (also grounding) is to use your senses in your favor, such as sight! It would be good to light an nice-smelling incense stick (or spray yourself with some nice smelling deodorant/perfume) listen to something peaceful (like weather sounds that you find relaxing) while perusing these pictures. Let your body
know that there is nothing to worry about.
