I really do hope that you find a way to balance the different parts and issues in your life. I too feel overwhelmed these days and find it hard to separate out individual issues to deal with or solve. T sessions don't seem to provide any help other than a monthly/bi-monthly "*****" session.

I know that it may not solve anything, but the only time I really feel at ease without worries is when I am doing something that takes both physical and mental concentration. We have lots of land around our home and I have a lot of wood to split and brush to clear. I rather enjoy the time working at this because I can't focus on my problems, otherwise I'll lose a toe or finger. Maybe you could find a simple hobby that requires both mental and physical concentration such as wire/jewelry making to provide an "escape" from your troubles. That way you don't have to move "far away". Just an idea I had.
