The longer you go without cutting the less you will crave it. You have to take it one day at a time just like with an addiction. I hope you are seeing a counselor to help you work through your emotional pain, but only you can learn to let go of cutting. Develop a saftey plan for when you start to crave. Like call a friend. Go be with your family, etc. You can find a way though it is not an easy journey.
