@BeteNoire - I forget to add the idea after a car accident. I think it's somehow normal for people/celebrities to get plastic surgeries after car accidents. I remember Rose Mcgowan got a plastic surgery after her car accident in 2007, but not she looks awesome.

"are constantly reminded of how they can look at their best" - yes. If they have money, I think they will do everything they can in order to look at their best.

"It would feel creepy and weird to get plastic surgery" - I understand your opinion, but what about people that are involved in car accidents or related accidents?
