I have not met any I believe are brilliant, although many I believe are giant dickwads. But even more than just the mds - it is the entire mentality of the medical profession I find appalling. I now have a large stash of antibiotics for the sinus infections/strep throat I get, and I have quit seeing them for minor things like broken fingers/wrists etc. I have a stash of pain relieving substances too. So far, aside from some angles or no longer quite as straight as before, everything has healed in a not unreasonable fashion. When I get a bit older, I shall move out to where no interfering neighbors or misguided do gooders will interfere with my choices. Watching my bff dying in the system makes me certain that dying outside of it is a better plan for me.
