Sidestepper, try Facercise. Book costs about $10 or get it at the library. She has a website too. Very good exercises that do make a difference. I'm old and I still get compliments on my skin, and I attribute a good chunk of that to Facercise. (Also I love veggies.)
I might get some saggy old skin excised, but that's it. Not on my face, either.
