I am really depressed, but i have no help here in Kuwait since healthcare is expensive and i cant afford it. Is there any hypnotherapy tapes anyone can recommend please. i already tried to hurt myself a little, by making shallow cuts
and have low self esteem. not sure what to do with this site and how it will help, but can someone recommend something.
