sorry to hear that your group thing is not working for you.
personally I have the opposite feeling...... i LOVE my group time. it is the individual therapy (required as part of my DBT) that is uncomfortable.
In group - I am in a room with 6-8 other people who have issues like me. I can relate to them and they relate to me. It is a bit of a bond and I find that we all enjoy trying to support/help each other.
I hope things improve for you.... if not in DBT - then in some other means.
