Sounds like your husband was having a meltdown of his own which triggered yours. Atomicc is right, you all need to communicate in a constructive manner. If you've been in a bad place for a couple of days I suspect it is beginning to wear on him a bit. Those of us with BPD forget sometimes how our mood swings affect those who love us. If we expect them to deal with us, then we ought to be willing to be there for them when they have their meltdown moments. Just saying.....
