Just wondering.... I like to think I am pretty self-aware but in the past I found myself confusing a restless hypomania for depression (which is a problem when I am my own treatment provider hah).

How do you know if you are heading to an episode? How do you prevent it from getting worse? (and is sometimes just better to maybe wing it than mess up with various remedies?)
