Spirituality, on the other hand, imposes no rules, no dogmas. Spirituality simply means the cultivation of one’s spirit – the study of what is invisible – the spirit.

The definition of spirituality is much looser. There are not hard-and-fast rules about what to do or what not to do.

Spiritual practices include reading, meditation, prayer, channeling, offerings, acts of service, journaling and many others – and religions include these as well. We have been chatting about the "voice" within ~some people call it intuition others believe it has a more Divine Source. We have identified what this voice within IS and what it "sounds" like. Then we have chatted about How to Listen to Hear that voice.
Tomorrow I want to look at how when we Listen,,,truly Listen the Message is Always RIGHT. Might not even Feel right because in today's noisy world there are Many distractions and many notions We have that may not correspond. A part of this is learning (by Listening and experiencing through Trial and Error) how to use these Messages to cope with everyday Life.
So tomorrow's Topic will be Coping through Spirituality.
