The problem for me with mood-charting, is that I often feel "bad" when I'm depressed, and I feel "bad" when I'm manic.
For me, charting sleep patterns works better.
9+ hours...depressed,
7 or less hours... Hypomanic
4 or less hours...psychotic mania coming!
