Hi Candybear I can relate. I cut the coffee out slowly since Christmas. After awhile if I had a cup of coffee I would really notice the jitters and anxiety feelings. Also i started to notice that without coffee i didn't crave sugar or carbs as much if at all. I also started wtih a lot of crying, wimpering,suicidal thoughts and my doctor has put me on lithium.But how do we know it isn't connected to coffee withdrawal?
