I couldn't have said anything better myself! Git outta me head woman! It's not safe in there!!

I ended up staying home today as it was just too difficult to get out of the house. I never dressed, I never showered. i just sat here feeling like crap all day with my head telling me what a worthless piece of crap I am for staying home.

I hope so much that this feeling passes for you and tomorrow will be brighter and happier for you. Hang in there sweety...I'm right there with ya!
