I do agree that you cannot be helped by a T unless you put the effort in, and you want to be helped.

I do, however, also believe that it can sometimes take quite a bit of time to click with the right T.

It's like any relationship-- did I marry the first guy I dated? Hell no. It takes time until you find "the one."

So I think it's a combination between finding and clicking with a T, and then putting in your own amount of work and effort.
