Of course you can be a nurse! You have the advantage of knowing you're bipolar (which I didn't until only a couple of years ago) and I'm sure you would make a very compassionate nurse. Yes, it is stressful, but again you know yourself and you know your triggers, and as long as you can avoid them for the most part, you should do very well. Go for it!
