Wellbutrin is one of those drugs that doesn't really have much of a middle ground---either it works miracles, or it sucks. With me, it made me manic, psychotic, and full of rage, then left me a weepy hot mess after I took myself off of it. Whatever you do, don't withdraw from it without your doctor's knowledge and supervision---it can be cause suicidal ideation, or worse, if you stop it cold turkey. Hang in there!
